This study conducted semi-structured interview, content analysis method, questionnaire survey and field observation to collect data. The main research sites are the 4 elderly demonstration halls of the New Taipei City Library, including the main library, the Luzhou Jixian branch, the Wanli branch, and the Pingxi branch. Semi-structured interviews were conducted, and a total of 20 interviewees were recruited, including 5 from the New Taipei City Library and 15 seniors.
