中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討重度視覺障礙者(以下簡稱重度視障者)在自動櫃員機(以下簡稱ATM)及網路銀行的財務管理方式、使用狀況、使用問題、使用後的建議,及比較重度視障者各變項間的關係。研究對象是以點字書或有聲書為主要閱讀方式之16歲至65歲的重度視障者,本研究採研究者自編問卷,透過網路google表單方式蒐集資料,共獲得117份問卷,本研究重要結果如下: 一、大多數重度視障者知道銀行有設置ATM、電腦版網路銀行及手機APP版網路銀行,但皆未使用這些設備及功能,而在使用過的問卷填答者中,經常使用ATM的提款功能及網路銀行的餘額查詢功能,而在使用後發現在耳機插入ATM之耳機孔時狀況有問題,及網路銀行介面及驗證碼無法完全被報讀的問題。 二、建議有專人教導ATM及網路銀行操作方法,針對ATM則希望改善耳機孔規格及接觸不良問題、點字符號正確及完整、提供設置的明確地點、機台數量再增設普及化;在網路銀行上,則希望改善介面及驗證碼無法完全報讀之問題。 三、盲用電腦能力在年齡、學歷、手機或平板能力、使用ATM經驗、使用電腦網銀經驗、使用手機網銀經驗、銀行設ATM資訊、銀行設手機網銀資訊等變項上有差異,在交叉分析結果發現,(1)銀行設置ATM的資訊,與銀行設置手機APP版網路銀行的資訊、(2)使用電腦版網路銀行的經驗,與使用手機APP版網路銀行的經驗,皆達顯著差異,表示為互相影響的關係。 歸納上述發現,提出對金融主管單位、銀行、重度視障者及家屬的具體建議。 |
外文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the people with severe visual impairment (VI) to using accessible ATM and Internet banking. The research object was the people with severe visual impairment of 16-65 years old, and they used to use braille books and audio books. The questionnaire (google form) made by this author, was through the network to send out to the people with severe VI and recycled 117 copies. The results were as follows: 1. Most of the people with severe VI knows the accessible ATM, the Internet banking of the computers, and the mobile app Internet banking, but they not used. The questionnaire respondents used the account amount inquiry frequently with accessible ATM and Internet banking, found the problems is: The condition when the earphone is inserted into the earphone hole of the accessible ATM, The interface and verification code cannot be voice read with Internet banking. 2. Recommendations for accessible ATM and Internet banking: have someone to teach accessible ATMs and Internet banking methods, improve headphone hole specifications and poor contact, Point character number is correct and complete, location for accessible ATM settings, Increase accessible ATMs, improve the interface and verification code with Internet banking. 3. The computer ability of the Blind in age, education, mobile or tablet capabilities, experience in accessible ATM/PC Internet banking/mobile app Internet banking, banks set ATM/ mobile app Internet banking information etc. Cross-analysis results found: (1) the information about Bank settings accessible ATM and mobile app Internet banking, (2) the information about Bank settings PC Internet banking and mobile app Internet banking, were significant differences. Final, results were provided for the supervisor department of the financial, Bank, VI group, Severe VI and their family members. |
