中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討成年視覺障礙者在陌生室內環境行動所遭遇之困難與因應策略,同時探討快速響應矩陣碼(QR code)應用在定向行動之可行性。本研究以18至60歲之成年視覺障礙者為對象,利用自編「快速響應矩陣碼應用於視障者陌生室內環境定向行動之問卷」作為研究工具,採面訪、電訪、網路問卷及紙本問卷等方式,共取得40份有效問卷並進行統計分析。茲將主要研究結論歸納如下: 一、視障者於陌生室內環境定向時,常向服務台或親朋好友問路為主;在行動時,則常以手杖獨自行走或請人協助為主。而在規劃陌生室內環境的路線時,常面臨無法理解引導者所提供的資訊或根本沒人可以詢問;在行動時,則常面臨路線過於複雜或無人可以幫忙自己到達目的地。 二、環境資訊的導覽內容以純文字呈現給視障者,讓智慧型手機的語音系統報讀,而導覽介面需讓使用者可直接選取目的地,並結合其他室內定位技術。 三、視障者能順利掃描QR code的設置方式為在電梯門與樓梯口的附近設置藍芽發射器或紅外線偵測器,智慧型手機在掃描區時主動感應或播放預錄人聲。而視障者認為優先設置的場所為火車與高鐵站。 四、不同障礙發生年齡與教育程度之視障者在陌生室內環境定向行動以及QR code應用的意見上有差異。 視障者在陌生室內環境的定向行動有許多困難與限制,因此,依據上述歸納之研究結果,設計符合視障者使用需求的QR code,並搭配相關建築法規、產學合作與政府相關鼓勵措施,協助視障者能順利完成陌生室內環境的定向行動。 |
外文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the difficulties and strategies encountered by visually impaired adults in unfamiliar indoor environments and to explorer quick response code (QR code) feasibility designs. For the purpose, one questionnaire based on two times of interview including users’ opinions was conducted. Participants were aged from 18 to 60, and all were smart phone users, 40 valid questionnaires were collected for statistical analysis. The conclusions were as follows: 1. In an unfamiliar environment, participants always asked service counter or relatives for orientation, and often walk using a white cane or move under the guidance of others. When planning a route in an unfamiliar environment, participants couldn't understand the information or no one could ask was the most troublesome. Moreover, facing complicated routes or no one could help was the knotty problems they faced while moving. 2. Presentation about the content of the environmental information, participants trended to present in text by using smart phone voice system (voiceover & talkback), and would combine with navigation interface. 3. QR code could detect through infrared detector nearby elevator or stairs, the pre-recorded voice would be played by the sensor when someone entered sensing area. Participants showed QR code priority setting places were train station and high speed rail station. 4. In addition, opinions showed significant differences between educational levels and visual deterioration ages. For visually impaired adults, there are many O&M challenges and limitations in an unfamiliar environment. Based on the findings summarized above, government regulation (such as Building Act), rewards programs, and industry-academic cooperation might encourage and up-grade indoor navigation and QR code designs for visually impaired adults. |
