Tefko Saracevic 為美國新澤西州立Rutgers大學之資訊、傳播暨圖書館學院資深教授，自 2003年起擔任該學院副院長。 Saracevic教授是著名期刊 Information Processing and Management (IP&M) 主編，長期關心學科發展及學術傳播的課題，本次講題主要包括以下議題：
